Visualizations package

This package of short visualization exercises is a selection of ‘best ofs’ based on the work I do with my clients. 

 

The recordings are 5 - 15 minutes long, and designed to bring ease, confidence and impact in your busy life.

 

If you’re thinking ‘hmm I’m not the spiritual type, I don’t think listening to your voice for ten minutes is going to make a difference for me’, think again. 

 

Visualizations are scientifically proven, highly effective tools that can increase confidence, motivation and self-efficacy, help you relax, prime your brain for success, and increase states of flow.

 

It’s something that athletes do a lot before an important match, but it can also help us mere mortals thrive 😏

 

This package consists of 6 short recordings (and maybe… just maybe… a bonus recording that I will reveal later) that you can do at any time of the day.

 

Here are the topics that will be covered, based on what’s been most effective for my clients:

 

  • Connecting to your body: we humans have a tendency to spend a lot of time in our head. Connecting with your body can help you relax and clear your mind.

  • Reconnecting with your confidence: in this visualization, we invite some special guests to help you reconnect with your confidence.

  • Visualizing your success: this is a thing that athletes do a lot, but visualizing achieving your goals in less sporty areas of your life also makes you more likely to achieve them. Note that the word ‘success’ might trigger some perfectionism in you. Success can be as big as ‘becoming the CEO of my own multimillion dollar company’ or as small as ‘getting up before 9AM tomorrow morning’. 

  • Seeing your emotions as a source of information: most of us haven’t learned how to be with our emotions. We either tend to suppress them, or to be completely overwhelmed by them. This visualization exercise gives you a third route.

  • Letting go: This visualization helps you to let go of frustrating interactions with others, or the negative impact they have on you.

  • Relaxation: because we can’t get enough of that these days.

 

You will receive all the visualizations at once so you can start with any one you like, but you will also receive emails with further instructions for each one of them if you'd like to do them in order.
