As a trained yoga teacher, I love using visualizations exercises in my coaching sessions and leadership trainings.

Visualizations are scientifically proven, highly effective tools that can increase confidence, motivation and self-efficacy, help you relax, prime your brain for success, and increase states of flow.

If you’re thinking ‘hmm I’m not the spiritual type, I don’t think listening to your voice for ten minutes is going to make a difference for me’, think again.
