JUST IMAGINE

The only thing that was on my calendar when we moved to San Francisco in 2015 was a month-long yoga teacher training. Not because I wanted to be a yoga teacher, but because I wanted to take the unique opportunity to deepen my practice in the capital of hippies, love and incense.


I loved how the training helped me to improve my yoga poses, but I appreciated even more how yoga impacted my mind, and how the poses, the breathing exercises and the meditations fostered confidence, clarity and calmness in me.

Naturally, I started to incorporate these practices into my work as a coach.
