WHAT INSPIRES ME TO DO MY WORK

Last Monday, I had to wear shoes for a whole morning😮 because I was leading an in-person workshop for women scientists in the field of Molecular Ultrafast Science and Technology.

Luckily, I didn’t have to talk about physics and chemistry😅 I had three hours to talk about how to self manage in stressful work environments, and I wanted to share some of the content of the workshop in this email as well. Let me know what your go-to anti-stress strategies are!


WHAT I WISH I HAD KNOWN IN MY FIRST JOB

Only three months into my first job, I was sitting in the office of the CEO of the 4000 employee company I was working at, because I wanted to share my vision on his communication and innovation strategy.
