The Living the Unseen podcast came into existence to explore spirituality from different angles, and learn how others integrate it into their day-to-day lives.
In season 1 of the podcast, my friend Tanja and I explored spirituality in the broadest sense of the word. Now, in season 2, I am zooming in on nature & spirituality. I want to hear stories about the most awe-inspiring moments at sacred sites, and the simplest nature-based rituals one can do at home. I imagine we’ll talk about gardening, forest bathing, hiking, rituals, animal spirit guides, art, mindfulness and herbalism - and I am open to see what else shows up.
In this first episode of the season, I share why I wanted to make this second season.
About Arjanna
Born as a city girl in the Netherlands, but always a nature lover at heart, I am grateful to now live in beautiful Switzerland. At a very young age, I had an experience of oneness when sitting near a waterfall in Norway. Ever since then, nature has been my happy place, and I’ve always cared deeply for the wellbeing of this beautiful planet. Although I love the breathtaking views that the Swiss mountains offer, I am equally inspired by studying the numerous different types of moss on the cemetery wall near my house, or the intricate texture of a slug’s skin (seriously, it’s fascinating!) - and I love expressing my admiration for nature through painting.
By learning about how others connect to nature in their day-to-day lives, I hope to be inspired to further deepen my relationship to nature - and I wish the same for the listeners of this podcast.
