In this final episode of season two, I take a moment to reflect.
This season of Living the Unseen was all about the quiet relationship between humans and nature: the ways we belong to the world, even when we forget. From conversations about sacred sites, taoism and nurturing our bodies, to stories of reconnection and slowness, a clear thread emerged: we don’t need to go far to find meaning. Often, it’s right beneath our feet.
In this solo episode, I share what nature and spirituality mean to me personally, not as abstract concepts, but as daily companions. I also introduce something new I’ve been working on: a book project called The Art of Attunement. It’s not a how-to or a self-help guide, but a personal exploration of what it means to live in tune with our bodies, each other, and the earth.
If you’ve been listening this season, thank you. I hope this closing episode leaves you with a sense of quiet connection and trust in your own inner rhythm.
